This pizza is some of the best around. The thin crust pizza is great, the NY style is even better. The toppings are fresh and delicious. Try the cheesesteak also and the antipasto. You won't be disappointed.

We've been here 4 or 5 times now in the past few months, pizza has been yummy every time. Wine selection is minimal and not even worth asking about. Service was pleasant until our last, most recent visit. Not sure if the server was new or just ignorantly inattentive, but when our specialty pizza arrived to the table it was not at all what we ordered and upon voicing this to the waitstaff, our concerns were met with a poor attitude and a defiantly insistence that we received what was ordered. There were 4 people in our party and everyone at the table was in agreement about what we had ordered, it was just the server who didn't get it right and the server who was unable to acknowledge the misunderstanding. I think it's really sad that she couldn't simply apologize for the mishap and offer to correct it and instead treated us as if we had just inconvenienced her. We had to deal with the poor attitude for the remainder of our meal. #awkward

After moving to the area I began my search for good local pizza. Saw some good reviews and thought I would give it a try. First the good: The service was some of the friendliest that I've had anywhere. They made people feel like family and even gave my daughter some nice candy for free upon leaving. Now the average: That would be the pizza. It's not bad, it's not good, it's just decent. The bad: I ordered chicken on my pizza as I often do, and it was some of the worst I've ever had, actually innedible. I understand chicken is a somewhat unique pizza topping, but I'd rather they didn't offer it as an option than to provide pre-prepared, preservative laden junk meat. In any event, this is a friendly place that's good to children, and the menu included some good choices. Just not sure it's worth going out of your way.

Burnt pizza with canned mushrooms. You can do better than this joint.

Initially I swore by the place even when my neighbors told me I was wrong but finally I got the shaft. The individual that works the night shift got me once and for all. Not only did he give me a poorly built pizza but he shortchanged me $5 on my change and thought nothing of it. For a grown man to do something like that to a retiree, forget about it. I don't need the place.

This is the closest I have found to Chicago style pizza and the flavor was good but the crust could have been crispier in the center

Not sure what's happened here since my last visits long ago. I had a string of excellent-to-great meals early on after they opened up. This time I ordered up the Chicago style Pinoccio's. Special pizza, which was ok flavor wise, but in taste I can only call it "wet"? And not in a good way. It's as if the pizza toppings simply have too much liquid in them, if that makes sense. Which would also seem to be pretty noticeable, and an extremely easy fix. Disappointing as this part of town is not blessed with an overabundance of great pizza. Service was good as before, though. Atmosphere: 4 Service: 4 Food: 3 Value: 3

Love the Garden Salad. We'll be back again and again. If they would only get rid of the flashing colored lights. Or at LEAST make them stop flashing.

I was CRAVING pizza.. I've been to Pinocchio's before, so I thought I'd take the Scot there... we walked in and wow, the place sure had changed. Apparently, they're under new ownership! Pizza still is yummy, still tastes amazing. The Caprese salad is fresh and delicious, a hearty portion for the price, and the garlic knots are to die for! It seemed like they were in the process of ironing out small details, but I know I'll be back!

Definitely our go to pizza place. This place has good pizza and really great garlic knots. The pizza can be on the greasy side if you get pepperoni but dab it with a napkin and you are good to go. They recently switched from coke to Pepsi products so that why the 3 stars.

Pinochios has been an every-few-months staple for me since moving to the Palm Harbor area in August 2010. I have been to this restaurant about a dozen times in the past three years. All but one of my experiences has been good. But that one bad experience has made me a bit gun shy about returning. Food Their food is delicious. I am a big fan of their white pizza, mostly because it is drowned in a plethora of flavors. I am 99% positive that they use grande cheese, a consistent crust, and fantastic sauce on all of their pizzas. And as a bonus, you can get pizza by the slice during the day & they delivery (VERY locally). In addition, I have tried their cheese-stuffed ravioli on two occasions. Both times the pasta was perfectly cooked, the mix of cheeses and spices were great, and the sauce was just wonderful. While the quality was great, I would have liked to see a few more ravioli in the entrée. Garlic Knots: I'm a fatty, so I'm a glutton for anything pertaining to warm, fluffy, moist, delicious bread which has recently been drown in mounds of butter, herbs and spices. I get the half-order every time I come here with a guest and I've never seen the dish become emptied: the half order is massive, ample, and perfectly capable of providing an appetizer to a group of four. Service I've long bragged that this establishment has a great family-run atmosphere to it. The owner/operator has come out to greet guests consistently each time I have been to the place. In fact, he is known to make special pastries and bring them out to tables with children as a gesture of kindness. It's a nice thing to see this as you know this isn't driven by some empty, new marketing ploy drummed up by heartless corporate drones: this is the real deal. The rest of the staff is always kind, quick to attend to customers, and accurate with orders. However, my last experience stuck with me for days for the wrong reasons. I had gone there with my lady for dinner. We both ordered our entrée's and shared some garlic knots. Before I even started eating my salad (which came with my entrée) and before my lady and I had even gotten five minutes into our meal, the waitress, who was very verbal about it almost being closing time, was already packing our food away into take-home containers. REALLY? I didn't come to a sit down eatery to have my food packed in front of me and rushed out the door. The waitress was so concerned with getting out of work that she didn't realize my lady and I kept having to pause our conversation and meal while she jockeyed us for table space: us eating from it and her taking it away before the fork left the dish. This was a deal breaker for me & I haven't been back since. **Suggestion(s) for the owners*** Your food quality, pricing, and atmosphere is admirable. Seeing the owner come out to spend time with families won me over long ago. But, I think your entire staff needs to be considerate of the impression they give to your customers. Customers don't like to go to a sit down joint just to get rushed out. Selfishly, I don't care if the waitress wants to get out the second the business closes shop: I want to enjoy my food at the pace that I enjoy to eat it - especially considering that the restaurant was still open another 35 minutes.

This place rocks I've been here on a few occasions and I really love how the staff treats me like family and already knows pretty much what I like I usually have a couple of slices but a few times I've had their dinners and the chicken parm is super tasty the sausage & peppers is better than I've had anywhere always great service and amazing food at this point I don't even try other pizza places out in the area because I've found the one I call home if you like ny pizza this is the spot!

I went in for dinner last weekend with my family. Although it looked busy from the outside, we were able to get a booth right away when we walked in. The server was friendly. We ordered a caesar salad as an appetizer before our pizza and I must say this was one of the best salads I've had in a long time. I can't quite put my finger on it, but the dressing had a slight sweetness and the croutons were so delicious! Next we ordered a thin crust chicago style supreme pizza. Their slogan on the door says something like "No lie, we have the best pizza in town". I can't quite agree with that statement. The pizza was kind of bland, lacking any zest and the toppings were falling off the second I tried to cut the slice. I wasn't a huge fan of the pizza, but I would definitely go back and try some of the Italian pasta dishes. Stop by and give it a try next time you drive by!

I visited today, and with mixed reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. The new owners, Michelle & Mike, bring real Italian flavor to their NY Pizza. I had a slice, and even plain it was GREAT. Best crust I've ever had, garlic knots to die for and a cannoli that would make any Italian grandma proud. Better than the ones I got in Little Italy, NYC. Marinara was terrific, and I don't even like tomatoes. Blown away, will be back! BTW, I asked about the can mushrooms, yes, that is like the only thing they don't make themselves, and there is a reason for that. Just ask next time you're in, and it'll make sense!

Dinner with friends last night at Pinochios. Restaurant was very full and lively, but we were seated right away. I ordered a meatball sub. Gigantic meatballs, with good marinara, and crusty bread. Very good for a meatball sandwich. I could only finish half. One of our party got a chicken parm sandwich, and was so crazy about it, he ate the whole thing. Wife ordered manicotti and said it was excellent, the best she's ever had. She thought the pasta must be home made.

It's pretty hard to impress this South Buffalo girl with Florida pizza. And quite frankly I have given up trying to find anything that compares to my home town pizza. One of my husband's customers recommended this place so we went there and had a hand tossed pizza. It wasn't bad and it was pretty good compared to some of the chains here. There were lots of toppings so they are not skimpy. The server loves her job (maybe she's an owner) because she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We will go back. I would like to try the Chicago thin crust. However I thought Chicago was thick crust? Stay tuned....

We walked in the a very friendly staff. Our order was taken right away, our beverages were brought promptly, and the staff gave us continued progress on our food, as we had 3 little ones with us. The New York Cheese Pizza was delicious as were the BBQ wings. Will definitely be returning!!!
